RSHE
The RSHE programme supports students in developing the knowledge, confidence and life skills needed to stay healthy, safe and independent as they move into adulthood. Through weekly sessions, students explore a wide range of age-appropriate topics, including healthy relationships, consent, personal safety, emotional wellbeing, mental health, personal finance, healthy lifestyles, online safety and understanding the law.
The programme encourages students to make informed decisions, recognise and manage risks, and understand their rights and responsibilities within society. Through discussions, practical activities and visits from external professionals, students develop the skills and confidence needed to build positive relationships, look after their wellbeing and successfully prepare for adult life.
