Expectations and Conduct

At Pathfinder Sixth Form, students can earn credits through ClassDojo for demonstrating positive attitudes, independence, and professional behaviours. Credits will be awarded for being punctual, prepared for learning, showing initiative, working
hard, demonstrating resilience, and contributing positively to the Sixth Form community.

We expect all students to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, helping them to develop the skills and behaviours needed for further education, employment, and adult life. By consistently meeting these expectations, students will be recognised and rewarded for their efforts and achievements throughout the year.

Professional Growth Record

A maximum of 3 credits can be awarded at the end of each lesson.  Daily credits for personal presentation, time management and professional attitude are available.  There are 89 credits in total are available (3 credits per lesson, 4 credits for following the dress code, 9 credits for punctuality).
